Witch of Pendle Collectable Doll - Alizon Device - Floral

Alizon Device was Elizabeth Device's daughter and granddaughter of Demdike, the head of one of the two unfortunate families accused of Witchcraft in England 1600'. She confessed to witchcraft and was hanged in Lancaster in 1612.

This Alizon is new for 2011 and is she fantastic or what!Her outfit is a riot of bright spring floral colors - with fantastic patchwork fabrics, layers of skirts, and a lavender hat.

Best of all - her neckline and wrists are decorated with wonderful bright pink feathers. Her sweet little manicured porcelain toes peek out from blue gauze wrapping for her feet. Where are her shoes?

She wears a beautiful smile on her face – all highly detailed in porcelain.

Alizon Device, the witch doll, measures 14 inches long and can hang from transparent thread which is attached to the hat. Like all of our Pendle Witches, she comes with a complimentary copy of the Trial and History of the Witches of Pendle.
